Who are we?

At Buchanan PR, we believe every production has a story worth telling. We create campaigns that generate excitement, build anticipation and ensure productions are part of the cultural conversation long before they begin.

With over 40 years combined experience, we specialise in theatre and live entertainment, working across the West End touring productions, lifestyle and immersive experiences. Our team has a deep understanding of the theatrical, media, celebrity, pop culture and literary landscape, with proven success launching major production and sustaining campaigns through to opening night and beyond.

Our approach combines national and international media relations with carefully considered storytelling. Every campaign is tailored to the production, ensuring each story reaches the audiences most likely to engage with it.

Buchanan PR was founded by Alex Buchanan in 2022, after almost a decade in the industry. She is joined by publicists Sarah Wharton, Nirvana Chelvachandran and Natalie Lyddon, and administrator Ginny Bootyman.
